Michael Goorjian in Forever Young

Michael plays the brother of two young boys. In the Army, he has to deliver something on base. He leaves the boys alone, they go out to play, and find Mel Gibson.

The first scenes in the movie take place in the past, then Gibson freezes himself. Next scene takes place in the present with the two young boys, and their mother, played by Jamie Lee Curtis. Next scene, Michael's, as he drives down the street jamming to the music, parks at the base, delivers his folder (but has to wait which is why his eyes are so intense at one point, returns to the car just as the boys return and try to tell him what happened. He doesn't believe them.
