Michael Goorjian in Go For Broke (2002)

Michael plays Rome, and Pras plays Jackson. They are two friends who have a winning lottery ticket, but it is stolen by a female thief who is subsequently arrested and sent to jail. They disguise themselves as women and go into the prison to track her down and get the ticket back.
