Simon Lack Radio

Simon Lack was a member of the BBC Radio Repertory Company for many years. This resulted in him guest-starring (as red herring, police officer or villain) in 9 of the 11 Paul Temple serials made from 1954 to 1968. He was also in dozens if not hundreds of other productions, and below is a partial list.

1953

Paul Temple and the Madison Mystery. A remake of a previous serial which had starred Kim Peacock as Paul Temple. (Aired in June and July of 1955). All tapes are apparently lost. Simon Lack played Chris Boyer. Peter Coke's first serial as Paul Temple.

Paul Temple and the Van Dyke Affair. Remake of a previous serial, in which Peter Coke had played the role of Terry Palmer. (1st January to 19th February 1959). Simon Lack played Philip Droste.

Paul Temple and the Gilbert Case. A remake of the 1954 serial. (22nd November 1959 to December, 1959). Simon Lack played Lance Reynolds.
