This cachet was apparently made to advertise the "Women in Aviation and Space" Symposium heald from March 12-13, 1980 at Johnson Space Center, Houston.
"To examine women's achievements in aviation and space, and discuss remaining roadblocks."
Illustrations featured astronaut Judith Resnick, who along with Kathryn Sullivan spoke at the symposium. There is also an illustration of USAF Captain Stephanie Wells in the Shuttle Mission Simuluator.
