This cachet is by the Postal Commemorative Society.

It features a replica stamp in gold foil on a red velvetish background, along with the name, in this case, Bessie Coleman: Black Heritage Series.

For these cachets, the Postal Commemorative Society uses larger envelopes - not quite business-size in length - of good quality.

On the back flap is the following text:
The authorized gold stamp replica preserved in this cover is produced under a non-exclusive licensing agreement with the United States Postal Service. Stamp design copyright U.S. Postal Service. Cover design copyright Postal Commemorative Society.

(Note that this scan does not show the red of the velvetish background, nor is the gold leaf of the stamp replica as dark as it appears here.)

Cachet by the Postal Commemorative Society.

This is a Mystic Stamp Company cachet.

The illustration is a colorized version of a photograph of Bessie Coleman.

On the back is two columns of text giving a summary of her career.

    This is an Artcraft cachet.

The illustration seems to be an engraving of a photograph of Coleman.

    This is an +Plus+ cachet.

To me, this illustration resembles a Coleman re-enactor (whose name escapes me at the moment, but she visits schools to give talks about Coleman) rather than Coleman herself.

    123 cachets made.

The producer of this cover is an artist, Debra Moore, who does not appear to have a website.

The illustration is hand-painted in watercolor. The cover is the 9th of only 10 produced.

The producer of this cachet is Fleetwood.

The caption says that she is the "world's first black aviator." Actually, she was the first black woman aviator - and had to take lessons in France because no pilot school for whites in the US would teach her - and nor would a black pilot's school. (The first black pilot was Eugene Bullard who flew with the Lafayette Escadrille.)
